BigPlus Minerals Pvt. Ltd. collects information through this website to handle inquiries, dealership interest, job applications and business opportunities. This policy explains the information requested, its intended use and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

Depending on the form, you may provide your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, location, company details and message. Job applications include employment information and a CV. Dealership and partnership submissions may include company documents, mineral licence information, maps, technical offers and proposals.

Please provide only information relevant to your submission. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity or health records. Only submit another person’s information or documents if you have authority to do so.

How information is used

We use submissions to evaluate and respond to inquiries, assess applications and relevant opportunities, maintain submission records and protect the website against misuse. Submitting a form gives consent for these purposes. Forms accepting CVs or documents also require an explicit consent checkbox.

A submission does not guarantee employment, a dealership, a commercial agreement or a response within a particular period.

Access, storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in restricted application storage and sent to the company’s designated recipient email address. Authorized company personnel and service providers supporting hosting, storage and email may process the information for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Retention and your requests

The website and its hosting systems may process IP addresses, request times and browser information for delivery, security and rate limiting. The website’s own code does not use advertising trackers or set analytics cookies. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs.
